• unauthorized hunted game – 100 % of the estimated price of the hunt
• wounded game- 400 Euro

Deposit

Cancellation policy – governed by the terms and conditions of the respective provider:

• the deposit is non-refundable after payment and non-transferable to the next hunting season in case of cancellation
• the deposit is transferable to another hunter

Payment conditions for the hunt:

• payment is made after the hunt based on actual costs and after deducting the paid deposit
• the provider reserves the right to charge special fees as stated above
• payment must be made in cash before departure in Euro

The course of the hunt is governed by the provider’s terms and conditions and their instructions. Failure to comply with the provider’s instructions may result in the premature termination of the hunt without a refund or the payment of penalties (illegal hunting of game that the hunter is not authorized to hunt, etc.). The hunt is subject to Czech legislation.
