Hunting the Dybowski sika deer in the game preserve Jitro is a very interesting hunting experience for this beautiful animal. The rut of Dybowski’s sika deer overlaps partly with the rut of fallow deer. Anyone who wants to experience the sound of fallow buck croaking and the whistling of Dybowski’s sika must plan a hunting trip for the second half of October.
It is mainly hunted from covered pulpits or open perches, as the game preserve is half covered by forest with thickets. In this confusing terrain, it is difficult to shuffle because the animals will see you before you eat them and run away.
Only Dybowski’s sika deer in medal values are hunted.
Accommodation during the hunt is arranged next to the game on the adjacent farm, where you will be taken care of with all services. It is usually hunted in the morning and afternoon to evening. However, it is often possible to agree on other hunting times.
A hunting trip must be planned for at least two days. Thanks to the pleasant accommodation, service and food, it is a very pleasant stay.
