Red stag hunt in the Czech Republic in game preserve Alšova obora can be carried out at an ideal time from September 20. until 20.10., when the rut is in progress and the hunts are all the more interesting. However, even after this deadline, the hunters will not come, and it will be allowed to hunt until the end of November.
It is good to do the hunts over several days, as this increases the chances of a successful hunt. Deer are represented in both disciplines in a proper age composition, so hunters can choose from a full range of sizes from young deer to capital gold medal deer.
The hilly terrain of the foothills is a typical habitat for red deer, and the two nature reserves correspond to this, as they are naturally set in the surroundings, which so seamlessly connect to the Vltava river valley.
The accommodation is provided in the newly renovated game lodge Fořtovna, which serves fee hunters as accommodation in the form of a full-fledged boarding house with meals.

The hunt comes under the outfitter´s business conditions and his/her instructions. In case these conditions and the outfitter´s instructions are broken, the hunt may be discontinued prematurely with no refund or with penalties to be reimbursed (illegal hunting to which the hunter is not entitled at all etc.) the hunt is subject to the Czech legislation.
