01. 08. 2024 - 31. 01. 2025

About

Red stag hunt in the Czech Republic in the Beskydy mountain is a combination of beautiful nature with exciting experiences while hunting this royal animal.

It is hunted at an altitude of over 850 meters. The hunter can enjoy panoramic views of distant mountains or deep valleys in the Gírová free hunting area, which is over 1,600 hectares in size.

Red stags move in deep forests, from which the stags make their honking noises during the rut.

It is fished from comfortable pulpits that are located in open areas. It is also possible to shove while hunting, however this method of hunting requires a considerable degree of physical fitness.

They are mostly hunted at the usual hunting distance of up to 150 meters.

Hunting takes place in the morning and in the evening, or according to the conditions of the mountain weather, which is very changeable and can conjure up a bite of surprise in autumn.

Red stag trophies are usually around 5 to 8 kg, but it is not unusual to catch the stag over 10 kg of antler weight.
