Mouflon hunting in the Czech Paradise will excite every hunter with the location, the power of the trophies and, above all, the course of the entire hunting trip.
It is hunted in the beautiful environment of the Bohemian Paradise, where the ubiquitous rock outcrops stand out. Mouflons stay in forests between rocks, walk along contour lines in valleys, and hunters have to overcome sometimes large elevations to get a mouflon. You can also hunt in fields where mouflons graze.
The course of the hunt is usually such that the hunters check in at the hotel in the early evening, meet the hunting guide, who will show them the hunting meeting place.
The next morning, hunting usually starts an hour before dawn, when they sit for a while. In autumn it is from 6:00 to 8:30. It then drags on until around 11:00 am.
In the meantime, the hunter can use the hiking trails and go to the viewpoints, or visit historical and cultural monuments.
In the evening (depending on the season) the hunters meet again with the guide from 14:30 to 15:00 and sit on the waiting list usually until an hour after sunset (e.g. 17:00 and more).
If the hunter is successful, there will be a ceremonial ending of the mouflon hunt in the presence of a trumpeter and passing on the mouflon hunter. The game is scored in the presence of the hunter within 24 hours according to the CIC methodology and a declaration of conformity is issued for it.
Ideally, plan the hunt towards the end of the week so that the first outing is on Thursday morning and you can hunt until the weekend.
