Chamois hunting season: from September 15 to December 15, the best time for hunting: end of October/beginning of November

Price includes:

Price does not include:

• airport transfer
• liability insurance for hunting abroad – 20 Euro/hunter (can be arranged by the Huntastic platform)
• travel insurance – around 2 – 5 Euro/hunter (can be arranged by the Huntastic platform)
• cost for a non-hunting guest:
  • Accommodation and meals per day: 100 Euro
  • 50 Euro for accommodation only
  • For the hunting stay, this amounts to 250 Euro
  • trophy preparation

Possible surcharges:

• groundhog – 250 Euro
• additional chamois during the hunt – 1,800 Euro
• after the third missed shot, each missed shot – 100 Euro
• skinning the entire chamois and butchering – 50 Euro
• meat from the chamois – 3 Euro/kg

Accommodation through the provider:

• at the hunting lodge in the Obergur hunting area

Deposit:

• the deposit is 50% of the stay price per hunter and is paid by bank transfer to the provider’s account (Hunting Agreement)

Cancellation policy – governed by the provider’s terms and conditions:

• cancel hunt- no refund of deposit

Payment conditions for the hunt:

• payment for a successful chamois hunt at the end of the hunting stay – CASH IN EUROS
• in case of an unsuccessful hunt, no further payment is required
• in case of wounding and not recovering the chamois, it is considered a successful hunt and the remaining part of the hunting package price must be paid

Conditions for hunting in Austria:

• Austrian hunting license, EU insurance, European gun passport, hunting permit, valid passport for non-EU citizens

The course of the hunt is governed by the provider’s terms and conditions and instructions. Failure to comply with the provider’s instructions may lead to premature termination of the hunt without a refund or the payment of penalties (illegal hunting of game that the hunter is not authorized to hunt, etc.). Hunting is subject to Austrian legislation.
