Price does not include:

• airport transfer
• insurance for hunting – 20 Euro/hunter (can be arranged by the Huntastic platform)
• travel insurance – around 2 – 5 Euro/hunter (can be arranged by the Huntastic platform)
• cost for a non-hunting guest:
  • Accommodation and meals per day: 100 Euro
  • 50 Euro for accommodation only
  • For the hunting stay, this totals 250 Euro

• at a hunting lodge in the hunting area of Obergurgl

Deposit:

• the deposit is 50% of the stay price per hunter and is paid via bank transfer to the provider’s account (Hunting Agreement)

Cancellation policy – governed by the provider’s terms and conditions:

• cancel of hunt trip- non refundable deposit

Payment conditions for the hunt:

• payment for a successful black grouse hunt at the end of the hunting stay – CASH IN EUROS
• in case of an unsuccessful hunt, no further payment is required
• in case of wounding and not recovering the black grouse, it is considered a successful hunt and the remaining part of the hunting package price must be paid

Hunting conditions in Austria:

• Austrian hunting license, EU insurance, European gun passport, hunting permit, valid passport for non-EU citizens

The course of the hunt is governed by the provider’s terms and conditions and their instructions. Failure to comply with the provider’s instructions may lead to early termination of the hunt without a refund or the payment of penalties (illegal hunting of game that the hunter is not authorized to hunt, etc.). Hunting is subject to Austrian legislation.
