Hunting reservation works on a simple principle, where after clicking on the hunting detail, you get from the basic overview of the offer to a more detailed description. In the detailed description, you can read the general description and hunting conditions, etc. If you like the offer, you must click on "Price calculation". An active window pops up, which contains the number of hunters, the number of guests, the number of days, accommodation, any choice of game to be hunted, the start date and a query to the provider. This information is important to choose your hunt according to your wishes.
The "Non-binding reservation" button is used to summarize or edit your data for ordering, and at the same time, there is a recapitulation of the non-binding hunting reservation itself. On this page there are also payment instructions to make a non-binding reservation binding "Pay a deposit no later than 14 days after booking your hunt. Please use the reservation number as a variable payment symbol. Your reservation will be considered binding only after the payment paid to our account."
If everything is fine, click the "Order" button. This will send the non-binding booking order to the Huntastic booking system and at the same time the provider will also receive a message.
The hunting outfitter is obliged to contact the hunter via email, with whom he can agree on any details of the hunt or unanswered questions of the hunter. From this moment, the hunter has 14 days to pay the deposit for the hunt, which acts as confirmation of the binding reservation. The deposit is usually determined from the services (price of the hunting day, accommodation), or sometimes from the hunted game itself. The hunter finds out all this when calculating the price in the calculator.
If you make a non-binding reservation for a hunt, it means that you have it booked in the Huntastic system. This is an advantage at a time when the offer is limited by the number of hunters/game for a given hunting season. In order to give you enough time to settle the relevant details and questions with the hunting provider, the offer is held for you for 14 days. During this time, nothing binds you and you don't have to worry about any fees, obligations, etc.
On the other hand, you have this time for clarifying the details, and if you are really interested in this hunt that you have non-bindingly reserved, you must pay a deposit within 14 days, where you know its amount in advance. This way the reservation becomes binding and the hunt is yours.
If you do not manage to pay the deposit within 14 days of the non-binding reservation, the system automatically returns such an offer back to freely accessible offers for other hunters. Of course, if you are really interested in this particular hunt, but for various reasons the communication with the provider is prolonged, you can contact us at info@huntasticzech.cz, where you write the order number, the reason for the request to extend the reservation and we will extend the reservation by another 14 days.
The payment of deposits is a normal matter that you confirm the hunting reservation and it becomes binding. The deposit, or confirmation payment, is calculated automatically from the preset parameters of individual offers, so you always pay a predetermined amount. All providers require partial payment in advance. To simplify the journey for hunters to their hunt and not have to deal with the complexities of paying such payments, Huntastic has solved it for you.
A system of paying deposits was devised, which also serves as a confirmation of the hunting reservation. Thanks to this system, the payment of advance payments is unified, so you are clear about what the advance payments are for (accommodation, price of hunting days, or game).
To speed up the whole process, all advance payments are paid into a special Huntastic account, which is used only for the technical security of advance payments. Thanks to this method, the system monitors received payments and matches them with given non-binding reservations, so you are always sure that the payment has arrived thanks to notification emails.
The advance payment is sent according to Huntastic rules within 5 working days to the provider and you will again receive a notification email about the sent payment to the provider.
The deposit is then deducted from the final amount after the hunt. If you cancel the hunt, the deposit is returned, but according to the rules of the individual providers. This is written with each offer.
As soon as you make a non-binding reservation for your hunt, you communicate with the provider from that moment on. The provider will contact you first via email. Subsequently, you can communicate with each other via phone calls, which is not against the rules of using the platform.
